Easy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients (per – 3 portions a day):

  • Potatoes – 260 grams.
  • Carrots – 2 pieces are not large.
  • Cauliflower – 260 grams.
  • Peas (canned) – 110 grams.
  • Onions (bulb) – 1-2 pieces, to taste.
  • Herbs, salt, and pepper – to taste

Recipe:

  1. First, you need to start preparing vegetables. Peel the potatoes and nicely drawn cubes. Wash and clean the carrots, then cut into slices or cool chop. You can disassemble into florets cabbage. Peel one or two bulbs.
